At Futures Fins AU, we want to ensure you have the best setup for your next session; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your fins within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fins are in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our Australian warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
